How do we print the beer mats we order?
We always print our beer mats (or beer tickets) in high-quality offset printing. In this printing method, we use aluminum printing plates. This is where we place the design for the beer mats, after which we illuminate the image using a laser. The information we print does not come into direct contact with the material, hence the name offset.
Personalized beer mats in the brightest colors
We always print the beer mats in full color. We use the 4 basic ink colors CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). For each color a printing plate is made after which it can be used in the printing press.
Applications printed beer mats
We print all beer mats on European bleached beer mat board. This means that your beer mats are also made of a sturdy material that is highly resistant to moisture. The beer mats can be used for their traditional role as square or round coasters to prevent rings, but also as decoration on the wall.

Cheaply print 5,000 beer tickets
Before we begin printing your beer tickets, the printing plate with your design must first be created. This involves start-up costs. This is also the reason why buying printed beer mats becomes cheaper with large quantities. A printing plate only needs to be made once per design.
Both the round and square coasters are available from as little as € 0.03 per felt. The coasters can be printed on one or both sides and can be ordered from as little as 5,000 pieces. The paper coasters are available from € 0.005 per felt and can be ordered from 3,000 pieces.
